It's that time again...🤝 The Annual Homeowners Meeting is just around the corner, to be held on Monday, August 18th, 2025 @ 6:30pm in the pavilion. In addition to a YTD review of financials and capital projects, we will be electing the '25-'26 Bentley Parc COA Board. We encourage all homeowners to attend as able. 

For those unable to attend, you will find a proxy form below so that your vote may still be counted. 

Additionally, we are seeking new members and fresh faces to join us in contributing to the success of our community. If you or someone you know is willing and able, feel free to nominate them using the form below.
